Photographer has a problem with Totally Nude Temptations.

Evidently this photographer has a real problem with Totally Nude Tempations (a strip bar in downtown K.C.). So he decides to offer free family portraits for any man who shows up with his family in tow, to be taken in front of the club.

I guess we men are supposed to run like cockroaches exposed to the kitchen light. We're supposed to pretend that we've never been to strip clubs, that we never go to strip clubs, and never will again, right? Wrong.

This guy assumes that all families are as uptight as his. He assumes that everyone out there is of his nanny state mentality - ban everything you don't like. It's Smoking Ban Part II folks. If you don't like what's going on inside a club, BAN IT. Don't just decide you'll never walk in the front door, make sure nobody else can either!

Are the girls forced to work there? Are the guys forced to go there? Are the girls demeaned? The answer ( to anyone who has never known a stripper) is NO. Unless she already has a moral problem with it, in which case she's in the wrong line of work.

I'm tired of the moral majority folks. I'm tired of people dictating what can and can't be done behind closed doors between consenting adults. Let's all grab the wife and kids and run down to get our pics taken! Support your local strippers!

ROFLOL this is so funny. Actually it is a matter of if you like it so what? If you don't then why are you hanging around it? Some one might think you are wanting in or been in. By the way I am a christian and never been to a strip bar but couldn't care less if you go. You are 21 or older so go for big boys.

I worked in a Strip Club as a waitress for about two years. To be honest, the women who came in were the worst. For the most part guys were respectful. I saw alot of girls who couldnt handle the enviroment. Its a constant party day in and out. I seen some come in with a level head and turn into someone who couldn't even tell you what day of the week it was. Drugs do run pretty rampant and management basically turned a blind eye. I know Leggs management encouraged girls to go beyond what the law stated but did provide a top notch defense attorney. Although for the most part all Strip Club owners knew when the law was coming in and alerted all the girls. And the money isn't that great. As a waitress, I made more than the dancers. Everyone gets drinks not all get dances. Its a hard job but noone is forced into it. For the men its entertainment and most girls money. If you don't like it stay away from it. You clearly have a choice and know what your walking in to.

Do you realize we could solve this terrorist/airport security thing if everyone was required to fly nude.

Where have you been WingMan?

jpbikerfreak has been saying satirical one-liners like that throughout this entire weblog. Why the problem now?

gimini210---I can relate to that!

Just one more example of one person trying to inflict his moral values on the rest of us. The guy's wife probably won't allow him to visit the place so to get even he would like to see it shut down so no one can go.

I wouldn't want my family's portrait done in front of any business unless I owned it.

WingMan, it's a joke. I'd like to believe your God has a sense of humor, since he allegedly invented humor.

I have e-mailed this guy and told him name the time, my family will be there to get our portrait taken.

Let's see if he puts his money where is mouth is.

I see the humor in it..

Sometimes the funniest jokes are the embedded ones....reading between the lines.;)

StephentheHeathen - No problem now, it has never been a problem in my eyes, as far as jpbikerfreak, maybe it is because I cannot remember reading any of his comments.

If anyone has a problem with my commments (this is a blog you know), I make no apologies, that is just who I am and you or anyone will not change my views.

Jesus is the only reason that we have a choice for eternal life if we will just except him as Lord and Savior, some dont believe in salvation, but one day they will.

GOD Bless,
jerry

jpbikerfreak, may be a joke to some, but that was meant in a sarcastic way and you know it.

Yes, GOD does have a sense of humor, but that was not one of them.

GOD Bless,
jerry

Well Jerry I'm glad He has appointed you to be his spokesman on earth.

Of course it was sarcasm. Sarcasm is a form of humor.

You of course entitled to your opinions, and I'm always happy to read them. As for me, I don't believe in the bible any more than the tooth fairy.

But I digress...

I love to discuss political philosophy. The problem I have is that liberals often assume I'm conservative and convserervatives often assume I'm liberal. It's because I'm neither. I'm libertarian, which means I believe in both social and economic freedom. I don't do personal attacks. I won't respond to yours, and I won't initiate one against you. So save yourself some time if you're thinking of flaming me!
