Brigadier Speaks to FOX 4 on Iraq Troop Surge

In January 2007, President Bush announced his "new way forward" for Iraq. Part of his plan included a controversial troop surge. But just over a year later, the surge has seen big success, with a dramatic decline in violence and troop fatalities.
