I don't post much, lurk mostly. But...I really loved this group that KCPT showed in March! The name Is Celtic Thunder. It's from the Producer that brought us Celtic Women, only with men, and they are amazing!! They consist of 5 soloist, each with unique voices and amazing harmonies. Their ages range from 15 to 40. Yes, the youngest really is 15, and sounds 25! (And ladies...they are NOT bad to look at either!) Check out their website at "celticthunder.ie" and see for yourself!
They will be touring the U.S. later this year for a 50 city tour, one of which is here in KC at the Sprint Center. Tickets will go on sale June 30th. I''m so excited, I can't wait!

This beautiful little guy just landed on me while I was walking up on my porch! He could fly, but not very far. He didn't look hurt or anything, and I made every effort to not touch him much. Just picked up and put him on the flowers next to my porch.
Are they that way when they've come to the end of thier life cycle?? :o( He was gone the next day.
I was so excited, and took this picture through my window screen. I live right smack in the middle of the city, I was shocked when I saw this Heron roaming around my backyard (spying on my Koi fish!). He got one too. Then flew away!
