i-29 in st joseph is a parking lot i- 29 is closed just north of st joseph cars off everywere people stranded on i-29,

st joseph looks like a war zone 93 persent of the town is without power no radio  stations cable on and off trees down everywere the country towns most of them without power union star without power except 1 place selters open everywere hope things get better.
