McCain was on the View this morning and was asked "What will Sarah Palin reform specifically?"

McCain said, Earmark spending which she veto'd a 1/2 Billion Dollars worth in the state of Alaska.. When he said that, they all disagreed and told him that yes, she has accepted some and McCain stated that "Not as Gov. she didnt.."

Actually, the Anchorage Daily News states that McCain is wrong.. In 2007 Palin sought 52 Earmarks valued at 256 Milion Dollars and this year alone 31 Earmarks valued at 197 Million Dollars.

McCain was completely wrong? Does he "really" know who his running mate is, or was his strategy to shift Obama's attention more important than what he says he stands for as Candidate for President of the United States of America??

Indeed, she has reduced the number of requested Earmarks in the state of Alaska compared to her predecessor Gov Frank MerKowski, however she like a lot of other Gov's across the country have requested Earmarks for the state. This is one of the pitfalls of John McCain for selecting Sarah Palin from Alaska. John McCain has always been a staunch opponent of Earmarks. However, Alaska has been one of the most Pork laden states of the Union which recieves more Earmarks per capita than any other state..

Her interview last night was nearly a disaster with Charlie Gibson.. She could barely answer the questions without beating around the bush and she appeared as if she was NOT ready to be Vice President. Maybe High School Principal but not Vice Prez..

So there you have it, another inconsistency here with McCain & Palin.. There is no gray area here, he's uninformed and doesnt know who he is running with. McCain really didnt do his homework this time.. So if I have to make an informed choice, it would'nt be this puppet with alzheimers, I'll tell you that much!

C-H-A-N-G-E

For those of you that cant figure out what Obama's "Change" is, I think he explained it at the DNC in perfect fashion, just as he has over 100 other times when he spoke across the country campaining...

Listen, everyone is saying "He's talking about change this, change that..." But refusing to listen to the "change" he is trying to set forth, but the root of everyones problem is, all of the Candidates were speaking of CHANGE, it just wasnt their slogan... Thats what they arent either getting or refusing to "get"...

If McCain's slogan was "Same we can believe in" Would that put you all at ease since those of you that oppose Obama's views seem to be comfortable with? Of course our hopes and dreams and faith in Politicians have fallen flat each and every time it seems we put someone in office, so I can understand the lack of belief. But if you look at the big picture, Republican Presidents have defined what Change now means in a campaign. Absolutely nothing! They have ruined that word and now Obama will renew it.

Its funny how many people sit on this Message Board wasting countless hours attempting to sway other bloggers to vote for McCain, vote for Obama, vote for Hillary, vote for Nader... The truth is, none of you will base your vote off of what some blogger said. We are listening to the Candidates and making our decisions, we arent listening to Rep_Blogger_Dan@Yahoo .com... Its amazing how many hours people spend campaigning online on message boards for their favorite candidate trying to get their point across when at the end of the day, your mind was made up months ago, your've heard it all in the break rooms at work and school and on the news and newspapers, but when you step into that Booth come Nov.4th, none of what Rep_Blogger_Dan or Steve Pumlumski from XYZ News Station, or what Political Analyst slick-talker Christina Stuckenschneider at LMNOP Newspaper said about Obama, or even your closest friends opinions, YOU WILL STILL VOTE FOR WHO YOU WANT TO VOTE FOR BARELY BASED OFF ANYTHING THOSE PEOPLE SAID.

I can understand reasons from a News perspective, because they are on the payroll and have to come up with outlandish stories to sell newspapers or attract viewers, but when it comes to slander, scratching and clawing with someone you dont even know merely based off of opinion, then you have issues. Bottomline, if this site went down 3 months ago, all 9,000 members will still vote the same way they were if it never did... It gets old, but people feel some type of satisfaction when making a point regardless if it is 100% Fact or 100% Fiction, we all have our own reasons that hit home why we will vote for who we want to. Not one opinion on this board has changed my views, not that I am naive, I'm just not as equally stupid to believe everything I hear...

Come Nov 4th, regardless if Obama said we had 58 States, or if he has a funny Arab name (Which doesnt make him Arab) or if McCain cant remember if he owns 7 or 8 houses, or if Hillary goes whichever way the wind blows. I will still vote for CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN..

For those of you that missed Olbermans closing tonight on his show missed the best slam of George Dubya in years. The best 5 minutes of my year. I am sure it will be posted on Youtube in the coming hours, all I can say is it was the TRUTH and if every American sat and watched it, I am sure they would agree no less.. I wish I could post the video up for you to see. I may just add the commentary later.

And to even better NEWS! Senator Edwards endorses Barack Obama. Again, America has spoken (and a few bitter bloggers too but who cares)... As for Clinton, if you are deciding to vote for McCain because you are refusing to vote for Barack if he beats Hillary is just plain dumb if you ask me because he Promises Change, but you are all so impatient to allow him to show that change. So used to the Run-of-the-Mill Politicians your blinded when someone comes along with at least some sense and decency about him. Compared to Bush, Obama deserves it more than Bush and he's been voted in for 2 terms. Its almost as silly as not voting. Its yours to waste, but when you vote for McCain and he's in office next year, dont come crying on MyFoxKC talking about the Economy and where's my 2009 Stimulus check so I can buy some of that good ol' $6.00 Gasoline to get to work because you thought McCain cared for your well being...

McCain doesnt care about anything less than his wealthy status. When has the Billionaire Boys Club ever looked down without spitting? So as a Middle Classer, I'd put my trust in the Crackhead Uncle Obama and not the Alcoholic Auntie Clinton or Uppity McCain anyday. Especially after the mess the U.S. has been in everytime a Republican leaves office. I guess you can compare the Rep Presidents that leave office to those Section 8 renters who leave their houses a wreck everywhere they move and cant get their deposit back so the Dem Presidents have to come and be Merry Maids for 4-8 years instead of performing what they set out to do rather than clean up mess, then get to the important issues. Thats seems to be the routine here the last 30 years.

So many people are so used to losing, they dont even know when they've won! Sad...

Change I can Believe in... Obama.
