Ssssh! Don't speak badly about those guys. Its the most practical dress style for them. They can't run away fast enough when they do something wrong and they are easily caught by the police. The oversize baseball caps help too - when they try to run away the cap threatens to blow off their head and they slow down to keep it on or retrieve it. Ditto hoodies - they limit the suspect's field of vision. Sssssh!
