This won't be a long post. It is easy for me to make my point.

Tonight, at the Democrat Convention, JFK's legacy was hijacked by his own brother, Edward M. ( The Killer of Chappaquidick) Kennedy. The killer says that today's neo-Dems are building on the legacy of his brother, JFK, to which I say BULLCRAP!

JFK challenged this nation when he said "Ask not what your country can do for you - Ask what  you can do for your country".

The nation went on to do many great things including putting the first men on the moon. He never said that America owed its citizens every safety, convenience and comfort. He said that we all owe America.

Shame on Teddy for perverting JFK's legacy!

Well Ted Kenedy and Obama just rearranged it a tad, they changed it to, " Ask what your country can do for you, not what you can do for your country", and started a new DNC slogan.

It sickened me to see Caroline Kennedy pay homage to this murderer that she so lovingly calls “Uncle Teddy.” Unfortunately, there are too many people with short memories and others that weren’t born in 1969 when Ted Kennedy killed Kopechne. They should Google Chappaquiddick and Mary Jo Kopechne and read the news and investigative reports along with Kennedy’s false and self-serving statement to the authorities and to the public, and the cover up. I still haven’t figured out why the Kopechne family wasn’t outraged and why they didn’t file a civil suit against Kennedy. Maybe Kennedy will have a slow agonizing death from his brain cancer like Mary Jo’s death trapped in Kennedy’s car under water with a small air pocket that kept her alive for a short while.

Teddy-Boy probably paid off Mary Jo's family!

independant. If anyone wants to correspond directly with me you can do so at [email protected]. I see myself as both a conservative and a conservationist. I despise wastefulness but I don't want environmentalists telling me how to live my life. I'm all for a free market system except when it comes to energy. This is a monopoly thast needs to be regulated! I diverge from most conservatives when it comes to abortion and stem cell research as I belive in freedom of choice and scientific progress as I believe that we were given a brain to think with. Knee jerk reactions and one issue politics turn me off. I am both a Vietnam veteran and former Vietnam war protester (we should have been allowed to win). I am an advocate of the war in Iraq (as long as we do what we have to to win) and the war on terror.
